Starting as a small medieval house, find out how the Edgcumbes changed their family home over more that 600 years, along with their fortunes, finishing in the Victorian period as an antiquarian curiosity and home for a widowed countess.
This tour involves standing and walking for a long period of time. There is no seating available along the route.
Meet by the Grass Circle near the house
This tour is held outside so please wear appropriate outdoor clothing. Don’t forget to bring a waterproof if it rains and sturdy footwear.
