Situated within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the dramatic North Cornwall coastline, this property lies within the grounds of a clifftop farm which dates back to the 16th century. Neighbouring the Devon Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve the area is ideal for walking, cycling, and riding, with the South West Coast Path and the Tamara Trail accessible directly. The parish of Morwenstow features stunning unspoiled beaches like Marsland Mouth (a short walk from the property), Duckpool, and Stanbury Mouth, and offers amenities such as a local shop, 13th-century pub, tearooms, riding stables, and an active rural community.

The nearby coastal town of Bude offers additional beautiful scenery and outdoor activities, as well as a variety of facilities including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. In the nearby village of Kilhampton, you’ll find shops, restaurants, pubs, churches, and schools. Tamar Lakes are only a 20 minute drive away for a lovely walking spot. Travelling in the opposite direction you will find Clovelly, North Devon, a privately owned village world famous for its cobbled, traffic-free street, donkeys, sledges, historic harbour, links with Charles Kingsley, Turner, Dickens and the Spanish Armada is a must see.
