Our primary objective is to promote this exceptional part of the Southwest to the short-stay visitor market, ensuring it remains a top-choice destination. We aim to boost visitor arrivals and expenditures while extending our support to tourism, hospitality, and local partner businesses in the area.

Additionally, to act as a robust support hub, offering guidance and reference materials to tourism and hospitality businesses not only in the Tamar Valley but also in the surrounding areas.

Membership
Membership is available at three different tiers, tailored to suit your specific preferences and needs. Each membership lasts for a full 12-month period.
Brand new for this year our Gold level members can add social media live feeds to their listing pages for the most up-to-date news and to help entice customers to place a booking. We’ve also added the ability for Gold members to link additional pages to listings, allowing potential customers to view your full range of accommodation, products, and services in one place.
Members now have far more flexibility in paying with options tailored to suit their business. Members can choose to pay via direct debit or BACS, and now via Pay-Monthly allowing members to spread the cost over a full year. Members who choose to pay in full by direct debit and ahead of the invoice due date will receive £20 off their total. Members who elect to Pay-Monthly via direct debit will pay £10 at Bronze, £15 at Silver, and £22 at Gold level and the cost of additional pages may be incorporated into the monthly cost too. Website Listing
Each listing page prioritizes visual content, offering ample room to showcase your business through images and video (tier-specific). Listings grant you unrestricted space to present details about your business. Listings are also structured with dedicated sections for sustainability, facilities highlights, recognitions and awards to name a few.
Depending on the chosen membership tier, you can include up to 20 images, and the gold and silver levels permit the inclusion of video content, providing an immersive experience for potential customers.
Member Control
Members can access their accounts using a unique username and password, granting them the ability to update their content as needed. For those who may need assistance, one-on-one support is also readily available.
Business Listings
Businesses in the Tamar Valley and bordering areas that supply into the tourism, hospitality and events sectors, either on a B2B or B2C basis can now take advantage of a Business Listing on the Visit Tamar Valley website. This type of membership is particularly suited to you if you don’t have a ‘bricks and mortar’ premises, but sell to tourism or hospitality businesses and/or consumers by providing services or products onsite. Here are some examples of businesses that would benefit from this membership:

Membership includes a business listing page with one feature image, a description of products and services provided, business contact details, a link to your website and Google Map location. In addition, your business listing will feature in relevant sections and appropriate search results across the website.
Business listing members may also promote their services on our social media channels, and will be included in email communication and other marketing as appropriate.
Business Listing Membership costs just £30 for a full year, payable via Direct Debit.
