‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ at Cotehele

Get ready to swish, splash and squelch your way through this new sensory trail as ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ comes to Cotehele this autumn. 

Booking not needed. This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue. 

Saturday 19 September to Sunday 15 November 2026, 10am to 4pm.  

The award-winning animation, based on the much-loved picture book, will be brought to life through a series of interactive installations. 

Get ready to swish, splash and squelch your way through this new sensory trail as you search for the bear. You can’t go over it. You can’t go under it. You’ve got to go through it! The trail is free with normal entry and will run daily until Sunday 15 November.

This trail follows a step-free route around the garden. Sections of the trail follow gravel paths, cobbles, and grassy paths.
