The Dairy is situated at Borough Farm, a nature friendly small holding overlooking Dartmoor National Park.  We are located just a short walk from the Tamara way,  a new walking route along the Tamar Valley which links to us in our village of Kelly.  We are a short car ride to other parts of the Tamar valley including the Tamar Trails at Gunnislake. Cotehele National Trust as well as numerous pubs and places to eat in the Tamar Valley.

The Dairy is also a wheel chair friendly and accessible accomodation in a barn conversion with parking very close to the barn and a ramp access into the barn,  it has a wet room style bathroom which is suitable for both physically challenged and able bodied guests.  The sink is lowered to allow access by wheelchair users.

The Dairy can also be combined with either the Yard barn or The Shippon for further guests within the booking group
