The Sidings is a detached cosy cabin for two, set on it’s own in a stunning and quiet rural location overlooking farmland, The Tamar Valley (AONB) and Dartmoor National Park with it’s own large private, under cover (all season/weathers), quality hot tub located beside the property.

The open plan accommodation comprises of a comfy king sized bed, bedside cupboards, clothes hanging space, a dining table with two chairs, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi,  kitchen area, with cooking, dining and drink ware essentials, hob and convection microwave oven for cooking and a Weber kettle BBQ for al fresco cooking.  Bathroom with corner shower, sink with storage cupboard, WC and basin with heated towel rail, extractor fan and shaver point.

With own private entrance and long driveway leading to an ample parking area, suitable for a larger vehicle/motorhome, right beside the property. With fully fenced/walled gardens, patio and grounds.

Dog friendly/safe with fully fenced/walled outside space for your pet(s) to roam freely within the grounds during your stay.

Ideal for couples to spend some precious quality time together. If you like nothing better than to sink into a comfy bed and relax, you’ll be right at home here -the fresh air and quiet location afford a good night’s sleep too.

Maybe you like to lie in bed watching TV with easy access to your Netflix or Amazon Prime account whilst you’re away? That’s no problem, the wall mounted Smart TV is easy to manage and you’ll be logged into your account and watching your favourite box set in no time!

The dining table with two comfortable padded chairs can also double up as an office space for those needing to work whilst away and there’s a good Wi-Fi signal.
