A special night away in a comfy, characterful former silver miner’s cottage in Devon with great food experiences. Check in early afternoon and learn how to make fresh pasta and pasta sauces in a bespoke workshop with Martin in the Birland Feasts kitchen. Then enjoy a three-course dinner, making the most of our own and local produce, served by Mary in the Cottage. You could also eat on the Mediterranean-inspired patio or in the Vine House garden room if the weather’s good! Wake up in the morning to wonderful views across to Cornwall, continental breakfast and a lazy checkout, so you can explore our 1/4 acre garden with vegetable potager before you leave. £245 for two people. Add more nights (with or without meals) if you’d like a longer getaway.
