Our central position offers convenient access to every part of Cornwall for day trips, whether you want to explore the gorgeous countryside, indulge in some retail therapy in Plymouth, make the most of the many beaches, traverse the South West Coast Path, or revel in the natural beauty of the Tamar Valley. From our cottages, you can relish breathtaking views of the Tamar Valley, extending all the way to Bodmin Moor in the west across the rooftops of Launceston and its iconic castle, to Dartmoor in the east.  Situated in beautiful countryside, the panoramic views from Higher Bamham across the lush green countryside are superb. Our eight cottages were converted from the 18th century farmhouse and outbuildings. With our games room provides the perfect base for a family holiday.

The farm is only one mile from Launceston town center, with all its amenities, and provides easy access to north coast beaches and coastal villages, south coast beaches and fishing ports, Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor National Park and the Eden Project. Short Breaks are available year-round outside school holidays.

We offer eight traditional farm cottages, all furnished and equipped to a high standard. With a variety of cottages from the cosy one-bedroom Penmarric to the spacious three-bedroom Tamara we can accommodate your requirements whatever size your group might be.
