Set in tranquil countryside, Carzantic Chapel Barn is a charming granite cottage dating back to the 1800s, its south-facing patio and garden basking in sun for most of the day.

Situated five minutes from Launceston and with stunning views into the Tamar Valley, it is the perfect base for a walking holiday with the Tamar Valley Discovery Trail running past the door and Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor both within easy reach.

For adventure, surfing or sight-seeing, the north and south Cornish coasts are within easy reach, as are Cornwall’s premier attractions such as the Eden Project.

Inside the cottage, comfortable leather sofas flank the cosy wood-burner and a well-equipped kitchen allows stress free self-catering. Upstairs are two pretty bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shiny bright shower-room with all linen and towels supplied.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/drier and dishwasher. The sitting/dining room includes TV, DVD player, CD player, board games, books and wood-burner.

Travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available if required.

We offer electric thermostatic radiators in the property and on the patio there is patio furniture and a barbeque. The garden is securely fenced.
