Fig Tree Cottage

Fig Tree Cottage combines may original features of the barn with an up to date beautiful conversion. The new spacious kitchen has a large breakfast table, 6 chairs, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc. There is an open plan hall and relaxing area with downstairs toilet, and a cosy lounge with wood burner and basket of logs provided. The hand-made oak staircase provides an open gallery that walks around to the double bedroom with ensuite toilet & shower, a family bathroom with bath and shower and 2 twin bedrooms. There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage. Original features of the stone barn have been kept with wooden beams and some stone wall, plus oak windows & latch doors throughout.

Outside there is a pebbled patio with outdoor chairs and table, plus a grassy garden area with mature shrubs for playing.

Set in a beautiful tranquil location you are welcome to explore our fields and orchard, swing on the rope swing over the stream, pat the horses including young Dartmoor ponies, and experience the beautiful views of Dartmoor, Bodmin & The Tamar Valley.
