Guests are welcome to walk around the pretty coarse fishing lake and along the river Tamar – perhaps see a kingfisher, heron or buzzard; Fish for salmon/trout along the river Tamar or try coarse fishing.

We are ideally located to explore Dartmoor and the Cornish moors and the beaches and harbours of Devon and Cornwall.

Meadow Cottage has wonderful views and guests may wander around the farm with its lake and riverside walks. It offers spacious accommodation with newly fitted kitchen/dining area with everying you need including TV with Freeview and separate utility room with washing machine and small tumble dryer, snooker room, board games, other toys. The sitting room has a wood-burner for guests if they stay in cooler months.

Upstairs are a double room, a family room (one double and bunk beds) and a twin room plus bathroom with an overhead shower and bath and a downstairs bathroom with a shower. Dogs welcome by arrangement.
