Situated amid a glorious rural landscape at the edge of Cornwall’s ancient capital, Launceston, Demelza Cottage is a charming retreat adjacent to one of the Southwest’s premier horse riding schools. Laid out at ground floor level the cottage offers open plan living that includes a kitchen with an integral oven, ceramic hob and microwave and lounge/dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 bedroom with full-size bunk beds.  The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a shower over.  Guests can enjoy free WiFi as well as a HD LCD TV, Playstation 2 with an extensive DVD/games library and a CD player.

Just a few steps away guests will find an outdoor swimming pool (May to September), a hot tub and a sauna room. There’s a pretty spacious and level shared garden complete with picnic benches for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the tranquility.

Judd Cottage is also adjacent to one of the Southwest’s premier riding schools. Guests can enjoy lessons for all ages in one of two onsite sand schools. Paintball is also on offer and for those that like, fishing is available on the nearby River Kensey.
