The Water Mill is close to the North Cornwall coast, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor on the banks of the River Tamar. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens to relax & unwind. Riverside walks and fishing in the Tamar, picturesque countryside to explore and numerous places to visit nearby.
The grade 2 listed Water Mill can sleep two and consists of a cosy lounge with a wood burner, a sleeping area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, with dining area and a bathroom.
We welcome well-behaved dogs

Sustainability

At Boyton Mill we do all we can to be Environmentaly Sustainable. Our Water Medows by the Tamar are used to produce haylage for our horses without any fertilizers, relying solely on that produced by our local farmers’ sheep grazing our fields. Wood for our woodburners is supplied from fallen timber on the premises. The harvested wood is cut, dried and then stored here for use over the coming years. We deliberately leave parts of our formal gardens wild to promote insect,bird and mammal habitation and pollination.
